AUTOCLICKER GUIDES

Single, double, and right clicks

Different controls expect different events. Set the click type for each marker according to the action you want the webpage to receive.

Single click

Use single click for ordinary webpage buttons and controls. This is the default for new targets. The extension locates the page element beneath the marker and dispatches pointer and mouse events to simulate an interaction.

Double click

A double click sends two clicks and a double-click event. Use it on a webpage that specifically responds to double clicking, such as your own test control. The extension’s click counter counts the two clicks separately, so 3 visits to one double-click target can produce 6 counted clicks.

Right click

A right-click target sends the page’s context-menu event. It can activate a custom context menu implemented by the webpage. It does not open Chrome’s native right-click menu or control operating-system menus. If the page only responds to trusted hardware input, the synthetic event may be ignored.

Combine click types in a sequence

Open a target’s gear settings and select its click type. You can use a single click at target 1 and a double click at target 2. Test each target individually before repeating the sequence, especially if an action opens a menu or changes the layout beneath the next marker.

What this extension does not simulate

The current website download does not provide native desktop clicks, mouse dragging, typing automation, or a middle-click action. A browser extension cannot make its synthetic events equivalent to a physical mouse event in every application. Use the compatibility checklist when a control does not respond.
